Ben Lo, CTO, PHD Engineering, has vast experience in design and manufacturing (OEM or EMS basis) of electronic products and POS terminals, and EFT via GSM networks. He and his team are responsible for all software and hardware development as well as merchant integrations and back end systems engineering.

Michael Kron, CA, SVP Corporate Development, Chartered Accountant since 1987.  Public accountancy at Ernst and Young for a decade.  In 1996, he entered the dot.com craze and became CFO and founder of several start ups, including mamma.com which went public in 2000.  In 2006 he joined the management team of HomeATM.
